Premier Verification (Pty) Ltd is an independent Broad Based BEE Verification Company
founded in 2009.
Our verification is an independent and in-depth verification process to establish
the BEE status of companies, close corporations and other economic entities. A measured
or rated entity, our client, will have demonstrated through a formal rating process
that it is in compliance with the BEE Act and the BEE Codes of Good Practice.
We will provide an independent, impartial opinion through the assessment, verification
and validation of both disclosed and undisclosed BEE information of related entities.
The principles outlined in the Broad Based Codes of Good Practice will be applied,
where necessary the respective industry charter.
It is our goal to provide services to our clients in an open, transparent manner.
Time frames for deliverables of reports and promises will be met by our staff. Delivering
on these promises assists us in achieving open relationships with clients.
All employees are in a “Continued Professional Development” program, consisting
of formal training, in house training and bi-annual assessment.
